Founded in 2005 in Bilimora, Gujarat, Hydrotronics Industries began with a clear engineering direction: to design, build, and deliver premium heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders and power packs that solve real operational fatigue issues. Over two decades, we have grown from a regional manufacturer to a national engineering supplier, partnering with leading OEMs across India and exporting systems globally.
We pride ourselves on our complete control over the engineering process. Using advanced SolidWorks CAD tools, we analyze pressure distributions, joint stresses, and column stability before raw material processing begins. This structural rigor ensures that every system performs reliably under cyclic high-stress cycles.

Design Engineering
Utilizing 3D SolidWorks modeling and finite element analysis (FEA) to verify cylinder buckling safety, fatigue limits, and manifold oil velocities prior to material cutting.
Heavy Machining
Equipped with vertical machining centers (VMCs), CNC lathes, and deep-hole boring and honing machines. We bore and hone up to 400mm ID and 6000mm length to sub-micron tolerances.
Strict Testing
We execute 1.5x proof pressure testing up to 600 Bar (10,000 PSI) for all cylinders. Calibration profiles of magnetostrictive position sensors are recorded and certified.
Cleanroom Assembly
Specialized clean assembly instructions for pharmaceutical filter dryer (ANFD) cylinders. Features SS304/SS316 rod glands, food-grade synthetic fluids, and anti-static wrapping.
